The Tailor’s House is owned and operated by Major H. Booth, Jr., who has been in business in Camden County since 1990. He received professional training as a Master Tailor at Denmark Technical College in Denmark, South Carolina in 1970. He owned and operated his first tailoring business at the age of 21 in Conway, South Carolina. He also served in the U.S. Army for three years as a textile tailor. The Tailor’s House now employs a staff of six at its present location, 181-1 Spur 40, St. Marys, Georgia. Provided services include alterations, embroidery, sewing machine repair, tuxedo rental, dry cleaning, uniform sales and screen printing. We are here to service all of your tailoring needs. From mending that item you can't part with to putting the finishing touches on that evening gown, we've got you covered. Whether you're a boy scout, general or nurse, we have you covered regarding uniform. Needing something to set you and your group apart? We do embroidering to please. Anything from golf towels, motorcycle vests to your military promotions we switch it.
