It is important for Camden County to speak with one voice when advocating for issues that impact our community. The Government Community Affairs Committee (GCA) of the Camden County Chamber of Commerce provides direction and leadership when advocating at the local, state, and federal levels on behalf of the business community. On the local level, the GCA focuses on issues that impact the business community by attending City Council, County Commission, Board of Education, Georgia and United States Chamber of Commerce meetings or events. Additionally, various methods, such as gathering member concerns, are used to find information relevant to issues affecting or impacting our community.

The committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 8am in the Chamber of Commerce Conference Room. Feel free to join us.
